How It Works
The system operates through a simple process:
- Organic waste is fed into the digester
Suitable materials such as livestock manure, kitchen waste, and other biodegradable waste are introduced into the plant. - Anaerobic digestion takes place
Microorganisms break down the organic material inside the sealed digester in the absence of oxygen. - Biogas is produced

The gas is transferred through the gas piping system and can be used for cooking and other suitable applications. - Bio-slurry is produced
The remaining digested material can be collected and utilized as an organic fertilizer after appropriate handling.
