Our Fiber Glass/EPS Biogas Plant is a modern, lightweight, and durable renewable energy solution designed to convert organic waste into clean and usable biogas. The system combines a prefabricated structure with efficient anaerobic digestion technology, making it suitable for homes, farms, institutions, restaurants, and businesses.
The use of fiberglass and EPS materials provides a lightweight alternative to conventional concrete construction while allowing for easier transportation, installation, and deployment. The prefabricated design also helps reduce the need for extensive civil works.
How It Works
The system operates through a simple process:
- Organic waste is fed into the digester
Suitable materials such as livestock manure, kitchen waste, and other biodegradable materials are introduced into the digester. - Anaerobic digestion takes place
Inside the sealed digester, naturally occurring microorganisms break down the organic material in the absence of oxygen. - Biogas is produced
The digestion process generates biogas, which is collected within the gas storage section of the system. - Biogas is supplied for use
The gas is directed through the gas piping system and can be used for cooking, heating, and other suitable applications. - Bio-slurry is produced
The digestion process produces digested slurry that can be collected and utilized as an organic fertilizer after appropriate handling.
